Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sincere desire to please others
  • Must be able to speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
  • Experience and Food Safe certification is an asset

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and communicate food and beverage menus
  • Provide excellent table service (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, placing orders, serving food, clearing and prepping tables, processing payments)
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety control policies
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
  • Handle guest concerns with the support of the management team
  • Maintain grooming and appearance standards consistently

Availability: Full-time

Job Qualifications:

  • Passion for culinary arts
  • Hardworking, flexible and reliable
  • Able to work as a part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
  • Able to read and follow standardized recipes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant experience as a Cook
  • Food Safe qualification preferred

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform effectively in stressful situations
  • Plan and direct food preparation in the kitchen while the head chef is away
  • Supervise other kitchen staff and ensure high culinary standards
  • Assist in training and development of new employees when required
  • Promote a positive, respectful and professional work environment
  • Provide appropriate solutions and handle problems professionally and objectively
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Prepare and cook dishes to recipe book standards consistently

Availability: Full-time and Part-time

Job Qualifications:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to recipe book standards consistently
  • Complete end-of-day kitchen cleaning, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing and cleaning equipment
  • Produce dishes efficiently during high volume peak periods
  • Uphold sanitation and safety policies
